Jennifer J Meader

Jennifer Meader focuses her practice on land use planning and development issues, including related litigation matters. Jennifer has assisted a wide range of clients throughout Ontario, including sophisticated residential and commercial development corporations, municipalities, and residents. Jennifer has been involved extensively in Planning Act appeals and Development Charges Act appeals, and has drafted numerous agreements associated with these matters. She has negotiated a number of cost sharing agreements on behalf of developers and is also experienced in heritage matters, expropriation, and municipal bylaw enforcement.

Jennifer has appeared before various levels of Court in Ontario, municipal councils and committees, and administrative tribunals. She appears regularly before the Ontario Land Tribunal. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a project manager with a land development consulting firm that acts for prominent development corporations within the Greater Toronto Area.
